MPTPL manufactures Circular Thread Rolls for Production and Precision Thread rolling of all types of fasteners and components. These dies are made by Thread Grinding Process. MPT Circular Rolls are generally made from selected Cold Work Tool Steel and also in High Speed Steel grades. Circular Thread Rolls are usually made in Two Piece Sets and also in Three Piece Sets for Rolling of special components and hollow pipes etc. as per requirement.

- Thru Feed
- In-feed Circular Rolls: In this rolling operation, machine spindles are set at zero degrees. The part does not feed through the dies. The length of thread rolled dies is limited by the width of Dies. These Dies are always helical.
- Thru-Feed Circular Rolls: In this rolling operation Machines spindles are normally set to an angle other than zero. The workpiece feeds through the dies. The length of the thread produced is unlimited. Angle of Entry & Exit can also be provided in thru-feed Circular Rolls upon request.

Circular Thread Rolls can be made for LEFT and RIGHT Hand Threads. Rolls can also be supplied with Radiused Root Runout (RRO).
MPT, Circular Thread Rolls are also offered in two Qualities, Regular Quality and Premium Quality.
Regular Quality Rolls are most selling thread rolls and have general thread rolling application.
Premium Quality Rolls are specially toughened Rolls which have high hardness but also high toughness. These Thread rolls are well accepted in Stainless steel fasteners making industries and also used to roll Hardened materials or fasteners after heat-treatment.
